Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy under the Consumer Protection Act, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. For hygiene and quality reasons, items that have been used or had their packaging opened may not be eligible for return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

Be in their original condition (unworn, unused, and with tags).

Be in their original packaging.

Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll promptly assess the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product, and once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, contact us at info@gatta.fi.
